Rescheduling and Cancellation:
As a courtesy to our customers at Urban Aesthetics, we ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged a fee of $50 if your appointment is rescheduled or canceled less than 48 hours in advance or if there is a no-show. If your account has two or more violations, it will be suspended from online booking and you will not be able to schedule an appointment until the balance is
settled.Refunds/Exchanges/Gift Cards:
All treatments and packages purchased are non-transferable and non-refundable. Any pre-purchased services or packages cannot be redeemed towards other treatments. Urban Aesthetics gift cards will expire one year from purchase date.Arrival and Lateness:
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any paperwork that may be required, if not already completed ahead of time in your appointment confirmation email. Late arrivals will limit the time of your consultation and treatment. We will do our best to accommodate you, however, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a "No-Show" and your account will be charged a $50 fee.
